Join the Mid-Valley Claims Association in welcoming returning speaker Mark Berry. Mr. Berry will conduct the annual recertification of the Dept of Insurance "Fair Claims Settlement Practices Act" regulations. Every adjuster is required to be recertified in their understanding of the regs each year. Changes to the regulations were activated in October 2004, making this year's session all the more vital.

Mark Berry is a shareholder with the law firm of Mayall, Hurley, Knutsen, Smith and Green. He is a Sacramento native, born June 25, 1962. Mark was admitted to California bar in 1991.  Education: California State University at Sacramento (B.A., 1985); Northern California Police Academy (1984);  McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (J.D., 1991); City of Berkeley Police Department (1984-2001).  Member:  San Joaquin County Bar Association (President 2001); The State Bar of California.
