Mr. Berry's presentation included a clip from the popular animated film "The Incredibles", where Mr. Incredible attempts a "normal" life as an insurance claims rep.	Adjusters from Glatfelters Insurance were joined by independent adjuster Scott Town, above far right, of Sierra West Adjusters.	Recertification generally brings out a good crowd of adjusters. Though down a bit from previous years, this year was really no different.	Mark Berry, from the law offices of Mayall, Hurley, Knutsen, Smith & Green, returned for his annual recertification presentation of the CDI “Fair Claims Settlement Practices Act” Regulations at the March 20, 2009 MVCA luncheon meeting.
