2008 MVCA President, John Tucker, of Bragg & Associates called to order "the last regular meeting of the year".

President Elect, Marvin Wenograd, stressed the goals for 2009 with a focus on continuing education.

Guest speaker, Colleen Van Egmond, of Curtis & Arata presented her top 10 (really 12) legal cases of the year.
