2006 Officers, Board, and Plans Set in Motion at November MVCA Business Luncheon Meeting

2005 Mid-Valley Claims Association President, Jim Berwanger, successfully passed the baton for the coming year at the November 18, 2005 "Business Luncheon" meeting. Nominations were made, then opened to the floor. With the motion to close nominations seconded, the vote was cast. The 2006 Mid-Valley Claims Officers and Board of Directors were approved as presented.

Stepping up to the plate as President will be Don Wood, of Don't Mobile Glass. Vice President will be former president, Jerry Inman, of J.D. Inman & Associates Investigations. Gaye Bishop, of Royalty Cleaning & Restoration, stays on as Secretary, with Magda Michel, of Enterprise Rent a Car, returning as Treasurer.

Berwanger stated the association bylaw provision that if any board member misses two board meetings unexcused they are to be dropped from the board.

Taking on Board positions for 2006 are: Marvin and Sherry Wenograd, of Frontier Adjusters; Angie Janofsky, of RMB Garage; and Brett Harvey, of Golden Bear Insurance; and Steve Drake, of Taylor Renovation.


Magda Michel stays on as Treasurer for 2006.
