Association would like to thank Mark Berry, of the law
offices of Mayall, Hurley, Knutsen, Smith & Green, for
returning his annual recertification presentation of the
California DOI Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations.
Mr. Berry spoke at the March 18, 2005 luncheon meeting, and provided
certificates of completion for all in attendance for whom
that applies.
The recertification meeting typically brings out one of the
largest crowds of the year. This year was no different. We
encourage all to continue to come out to upcoming
meetings.
