Team Kayfetz with Video Simulations

August 15, 2008 luncheon meeting guest speaker, Paul Kayfetz, of Paul Kayfetz, Inc. gave a dramatic largely visual presentation on the use of video simulation and computer animation in accident reconstruction and property damage loss cases.

Mr. Kayfetz, and his associate, Bruce Kayfetz, gave a glimpse into how these simulations are made, and showed various alternate perspectives of some accident scenes - some times even simultaneous side-view, aerial view and driver’s view on sub-screens.

Bruce Kayfetz utilized charts to give a glimpse into how these video simulations are made, and used.

Together, they wowed the crowd with numerous examples of just how accurate they are able to be in illustrating what really happened, based on all evidence gathered. Their presentation was actually cut a little bit short of what they normally do, as they were being called out to an accident scene on Marshcreek Rd. in Brentwood, with the scene being closed-off until they get there.

A big MVCA Thank You to Paul and Bruce Kayfetz for sharing their expertise with the group. To see some examples, go to: www.paulkayfetz.com.
