MVCA would like to thank Mr. Mike McBull, of Coast to Coast Legal Services for stepping in at the last minute with his enlightening discussion of the process serving process at the February luncheon meeting.

The final meeting of the Mid-Valley Claims Association at Dave Wong's featured guest speaker Mike McBull, of Coast to Coast Legal Services. Mr. McBull gave the thirty plus people in attendance a glimpse into the often faschinating, and always adventuresome life of a process server.

Mr. McBull's presentation was a last minute fix, kindly stepping in at the request of MVCA Treasurer Steve Wenograd. Reluctant at first, as he apparently doesn't speak too frequently for groups, he was aided by MVCA Board Member, and past president, Sherry Wenograd. Sherry gently interviewed Mr. McBull, and his responses were fascinating.

A good number of questions came from the crowd. Folks mostly wanted to know what it was like delivering a summons. There were a number of questions, also, that had to do with specifics of how it could be done, and the legalities of the whole process.

Mr. McBull turned out to be quite the natural speaker, addressing people's questions succinctly and describing his endeavors in a most entertaining fashion.
