Thayer’s Top Ten Appellate Decisions
Following the evening’s mixer, longtime member, Dale Thayer, spoke before the monthly
luncheon gathering of the MVCA on Friday, March 17, 2006, at Le Bistro in Stockton.
Mr. Thayer came prepared with his Top Ten list of Appellate Court decisions (actually 13).
He shared his expertise and perspective on a wide array of legal decision affecting the claims industry.

MVCA Secretary Gaye Bishop, of Royalty Cleaning, and Connie Bjornson, of Hertz, handled the raffle ticket sales.	Tami Tuel, of ColdWell Banker, joined husband Jerry, of JF Tuel Adjusting Service at the March luncheon.	Barbara Hall and Dave Giddings, from Marine Claims Services, at the March luncheon meeting.	A good sized crowd turned out for the luncheon, even after the cocktail party gathering just the night before.
